Job Description
We are currently looking for a key hire, Marketing Tools Lead, to join the TSG team of highly experienced and crazy talented people in our headquarter in Wroclaw.
You Are...
- Previous work experience in ad-tech, marketing, gaming, or e-commerce;
- Experience with mobile attribution frameworks like Appsflyer;
- Experience in leading and defining internal marketing/ad oriented solutions and tools;
- Understanding of technical architecture concepts (like cloud computing, micro services, rest APIs, analytical databases, BI tools .. );
- Very good English skills, both speaking and writing;
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Motivated, responsible and independent person.
Your Tasks
- Run analysis of current processes and searches for options for their optimization;
- Look for new ways for the evolution of the products, take part in vision formulation;
- Identify needs, collect requirements, prepare documentation for the implementation of new tools or support of current tools;
- Take part in business calls with business partners, solution providers and industry representatives;
- Creating of data driven products and solutions, related to marketing that will improve TSG overall business performance and promote data and AI driven operational decisions;
- Design and execute data-oriented digital marketing products, solutions and tools in the field of user acquisition, retargeting, ads management, crosspromotion, marketing analytics, predictions and recommendations models;
- Manage a full product lifecycle, drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps based on company goals and the marketing team needs;
- Display strong organizational and execution skills;
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks to improve the work of the team, the quality of the product.
