We pay for German classes for our international employees at their language school of their choice, we offer further education and courses like Scrum Master courses or iOS development courses for everyone upon demand and we also practice a lot of knowledge sharing internally.

With everyone being young and international, strong friendships bond between our employees, some even become roommates. We always try to foster a culture where everyone can participate, voice their opinion and has a strong sense of ownership.

They will be welcomed by the People and Culture Team and their manager at their desk, will receive an office tour by our Office Manager and get to know their team. They will be introduced to the rest of the company via slack on their first day and again during our All-Hands, which is each Friday at 5pm.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, our company went completely remote within a matter of days. Most employees stayed completely remote for most of the year, but we do offer the opportunity to work from the office if desired or needed as we have a lot of space and everyone can keep their distance. We also allow our employees to go home, even oversees to visit family members and combine vacation and remote work from their home countries. Our main focus is our employees mental health during those times, so we try to provide everyone with as much flexibility as needed.
